HubSpot, a US-based provider of an all-in-one marketing software platform for small and medium-sized enterprises backed by corporations Google and Salesforce, has acquired two companies: Chime, a Canada-based Google Chrome plug-in for consolidating web app notifications, and PrepWork, a local provider of software creates pre-meeting briefings.
