India-based mobile social gaming startup PlaySimple has raised $4m in its series A round from venture capital firm SAIF Partners and existing corporate venturing investor IDG Ventures India.
Founded in November 2014, PlaySimple previously raised $500,000 in its seed round from IDG Ventures.
The A round will help the company prepare for the release of newer games after the success of its first two, Guessup and Wordtrek.
