US-based video advertising company Innovid has received a $10m series D round featuring the respective corporate venturing arms of networking technology company Cisco and phone operator Deutsche Telekom, Cisco Investments and T-Venture, according to TechCrunch.
Genesis Partners and Sequoia Capital also participated in the round.
The company has raised $37.6m to date. In 2013, it secured an $11m series C round from T-Venture, Vintage Investment Partners, Sequoia and Genesis.
T-Venture also backed a $9.5m series B round in 2011 alongside Sequoia and Genesis. Deutsche Telekom’s corporate venturing unit and Genesis also provided a $4.1m series A round in 2010, while Genesis invested $3m seed funding in 2008.
Innovid specialises in interactive video adverts for online products and services, and has created such adverts for companies including drinks conglomerate Coca Cola and car maker Audi.
