Indonesia-based telecom infrastructure company Inovisi Infracom has invested $30m in Ozura World, a Hong Kong-based social network game developer, and agreed to sell its products to the portfolio company’s main instant messaging product, Fonwar.
Pak Jerry, president of Inovisi, said: "Partnership with Ozura World will enable the company to ride on the mobile internet phenomenon. It’s just the beginning."
On top of organic growth, Inovisi is looking for more investment and acquisition opportunities in telecommunication and Internet space and targeting more than $120m in revenues over the next two years.
Ozura had previously raised $23m in its seed to series C rounds between 2005 and last year, according to news provider CrunchBase.
