Intel Capital, the corporate venturing arm of semiconductor maker Intel, Battery Ventures and Iconiq Capital have led a $46m series E round for brand management software provider Sprinklr.
The round, which increases Sprinklr’s total funding to $123.5m, values the company at more than $1bn.
The three investors previously backed a $40m series D round in May 2014. Intel and Battery also backed the company’s $17.5m series C and $15m series B rounds in 2013, while Battery provided a $5m series A in 2012.
Concurrent with the funding news, Sprinklr announced the launch of its platform dubbed Experience Cloud. The platform provides an integrated toolkit to create, manage and deliver content across 23 social channels and websites. The platform has attracted computer company Dell, fast food chain McDonalds and phone operator Verizon as launch clients.
Sprinklr will use the series E funding to support an expansion into adjacent products and grow its presence into more countries.
