Sumeet Jain (pictured), a partner at venture capital firm CMEA Capital, has joined chip maker Intel’s corporate venturing unit, Intel Capital, as an investment director looking for consumer internet, mobile web and software investments.
After studying math at the University of Buffalo at age 11, Jain joined CMEA in 2008 and sitting on boards at Apriso, Baxano, Blekko, Foro, Intermolecular, Luminate, WorkingPoint and Zaarly.
His LinkedIn profile says he is still present at CMEA but he joined Intel Capital in February.
