Intelligent Beauty, the parent company which incubated JustFab, a US-based online retail and fashion business, has reportedly helped its incubatee raise $76m.
Other backers of JustFab’s series B round included venture firms Rho Ventures, Matrix Partners, and Technology Crossover, according to news provider TechCrunch. JustFab launched in 2010 and has raised $139m, TechCrunch added.
JustFab is on track to make $100 million in revenue this year, up from $28m in 2011, TechCrunch added.
Mark Leschly, managing partner at Rho Ventures, will join JustFab’s board, TechCrunch added.
Intelligent Beauty also runs weight loss company Sensa and beauty company Dermstore. It has grown its businesses from 12 employees in 2008 to more than 550 today. The three businesses make more than $450m in sales.
Intelligent Beauty was founded in 2006.
