Kark Mobile Education, which is currently going through an incubation programme backed by Singapore-based telecoms company SingTel’s corporate venturing unit, has reportedly won additional backing.
Kar Mobile Education has gained backing of an undisclosed amount from Jakarta-based incubator IdeoSource, according to news provider Tech in Asia.
Kark is designed to help children aged from four to 12 to learn with its apps.
SingTel Innov8 teamed up with Joyful Frog Digital Incubator, a Singapore-based incubator programme, in October last year to run the course.
The latest investment follows Kark receiving a S$15,000 investment for a negotiable equity stake from the SingTel Innov8 and Joyful Frog programme, according to Tech in Asia.
