US-based advertising agency KBS+ has purchased a majority stake in UK-based marketing services firm Albion for an undisclosed amount, according to AdAge.
The acquisition will enable US-based KBS+ to expand its operations, which include corporate venturing subsidiary KBS+ Ventures, to Europe.
Jason Goodman, Albion’s founder and CEO, will oversee the European office, which will operate as KBS Albion, as well as KBS+ Ventures’ investments as it seeks to fund European start-ups.
Past investments for KBS+ Ventures include CrowdTwist, Yieldbot and SocialFlow.
