Davorin Kuchan, who formerly managed corporate venturing at electronics company Texas Instruments, has been named chief executive of decision management technology provider Sparkling Logic.
Kuchan will take over from Carole-Ann Matigon, co-founder of Sparkling Logic, who will continue as the company’s chief product officer.

Immediately prior to taking on the role at Sparkling Logic, Kuchan co-founded Capbridge Ventures, a firm that manages venture funds for corporate investors. He worked at Texas Instruments for five years from 2008 as its director of corporate venturing and innovation.
