Jack Lee, chairman of CTBC Venture Capital, the venture capital arm of Taiwan-based financial conglomerate CTBC Holdings, is to step down from his position, Asia Asset Management has reported.
The CTBC board accepted Lee’s resignation on October 14th. Chih-Kang Wang, former chairman of Taiwan External Trade Development, is to succeed Lee.
Wang has held roles both in private companies, including a post as independent director of electronic components manufacturer Chilisin Electronics, and in the Taiwanese government as minister of economic trade.
