China-based online education platform XSteach.com has raised $30m in series B funding from Legend Capital, the corporate venturing arm of conglomerate Legend Holdings, and Northern Light Venture Capital, China Money Network reported on Friday.
XSteach offers over 2,000 online courses to more than 100,000 participants taking classes in a range of disciplines from graphic design and 3D animation to film editing and language training.
The company previously raised $2.4m in a series A round last year funded by video sharing platform YY.com.
