Visage, a mobility management business backed by Qualcomm’s corporate venturing unit, has won the backing of Motorola Solutions.
The pair were joined in the series C round on Thursday by venture firms Palisades Ventures and Worldview Technology Partners. Motorola Solutions led the round. News provider TechCrunch said Visage had raised $8m.

In 2010 Visage raised $3.7m of its planned $4.2m round, according to a regulatory filing.
In February 2010, Visage raised $4.5m in its series B round from Qualcomm Ventures, and venture capital firms Worldview Technology Partners, ATA Ventures, Vesbridge Partners and Emergence Capital Partners.
Visage had previously raised more than $90m between 2001 and June 2007 before its merger with Agistics later that year changed its strategy.
