Subra Narayan (pictured), director of external alliances at photo company Eastman Kodak, is leaving next month after five and a half years at the company.
Narayan was previously at venture capital firms Inflection Equity and Crescendo Ventures and is understood to be planning a new venture for after the summer.
By email, Narayan said he was "managing out some venture investments" and finalising the sale of Kodak’s online photo services business, Gallery, to Shutterfly for a reported $23.8m.
Kodak was unavailable to comment but has been understood to have been winding up its corporate venturing portfolio in order to raise money after the parent company filed for bankruptcy in January.
According to Kodak’s website, Julie Gerstenberger remains director and vice-president of external alliances, alongside colleagues Brian Johnston, Joel Lawther and Ray Yingling
