Korea-based materials and auto transport systems company Daehong Technew Corp has helped US-based software company NComputing raise $21.8m.
The Korea-based company was joined in the round by venture firms Menlo Ventures, Scale Venture Partners and QuestMark Partners. NComputing, a desktop virtualisation company, also reported it had had 34% quarter-over-quarter revenue growth during the first three months of 2012 as well as growing its customer base to more than 50,000.
In 2008 NComputing raised $28.5m of a planned $30m round, according to a filing with US regulator Securities and Exchange Commission.
