Ofer in line for a hefty Conduit payout

Venture capital firm Yozma is in negotiations to sell most of its 9% stake in US-based web and mobile services company Conduit to an unnamed investment firm for between $200m and $250m, according to Israeli business news source Globes.

Between 30% to 40% of Yozma is owned by Israel-based holdings group Ofer Holdings, which invested about $20m in the Yozma III Fund according to Globes. Yozma, which paid about $1.5m for its stake in 2006, is set to make about 150x its original investment.

Additional investors in Conduit include venture capital firm Benchmark Capital, which invested $8m in Conduit in 2008.
