Keolis, a public transport operator and subsidiary of state-owned railway company SNCF, has invested €12m ($14.1m) in France-based car parking reservation platform OnePark.
Founded in 2013, OnePark has created a web portal and mobile app that helps users find and book available car parking spaces in cities and at railway stations and airports.
The company offers 850 car parking spaces across France, Spain and Belgium through partnerships with parking space owners and operators.
OnePark claims its service is used to book more than 100,000 hours of parking each day. The funding will be used to improve user experience on its platform and expand its inventory of parking spaces, which it aims to increase to 5,000.
Keolis previously provided OnePark with $2.8m in funding in November 2016 which supported an expansion into new European markets.
