US-based inventory management provider OrderWithMe raised $28m on Monday in a series C round that included UK-based fashion and sports apparel producer Pentland Group.
The round also featured Advantage Capital, Silicon Valley Bank (SVB), Vegas Tech Fund, SosVentures, BaseVC, fashion retailer Zappos’ CEO Tony Hsieh and additional unnamed investors. It increased the company’s total funding to $37m.
OrderWithMe offers business-to-business services that help companies purchase inventory and manage their entire supply chain. It will use the latest round to accelerate growth and expand its offering.
The company raised $3m in its series A round in December 2011 from Infinity Ventures and SosVentures, which was followed by a $6m series B round in May 2013, which was backed by Infinity, SosVentures Vegas Tech Fund, BaseVC, Hsieh and SVB.
Jonathan Jenkins, chief executive of OrderWithMe, said: “The funds from this round will be used to scale operations to support growing demand for the OrderWithMe solution and to launch an upcoming product targeted to help OrderWithMe’s retailers bring a new consumer experience into brick-and-mortar stores.”
