Human resources software provider Paycor has purchased Ximble, a US-based employee rostering platform developer backed by online education and recruitment firm Seek Group, for an undisclosed amount.
Founded in 2012, Ximble has developed cloud-based software that enables more than 1,400 companies to manage and schedule the management of their employees, who can clock in and out of work through a mobile app, tablet or browser.
The company’s employee management software will be fully integrated into Paycor to allow its customers to assign schedules for their staff.
Paycor president Stacey Browning said: “Leaders of companies are seeking software tools and mobile offerings to automate as much of their employee management functions as possible. Adding Ximble’s robust scheduling offering will increase Paycor’s ability to help companies perform better.”
Seek supplied $4m in series A funding for Ximble in 2016, back when it was known as Nimble Software Systems, also helping the company to launch its product in Australia and New Zealand.
