Points International, a Canada-based loyalty software company, has backed Sweet Tooth, a Canada-based developer of eCommerce customer loyalty software, as part of a $2.25m round.
Omers Ventures invested $1.5m of the seed round, which was also joined by Mars Investment Accelerator Fund, which is funded by the government of Ontario.
A further $750,000 is set to come from other sources.
Sweet Tooth was launched in 2009.
