Prinzio, an Indonesia-based print outsourcing service backed by printing services provider Raksul, has been acquired by customised products supplier GogoPrint for an undisclosed sum, E27 has reported.
Founded in 2015, Prinzio operates an online printing service that allows individuals or businesses to create personalised merchandise, packaging and leaflets.
GogoPrint offers similar services across Southeast Asia and will use Prinzio as the basis to drive its expansion in Indonesia, considered the region’s largest printing market. The company plans to grow Prinzio’s headcount following the acquisition, in addition to bolstering its sales and marketing operation.
Raksul reportedly invested $350,000 to co-lead Prinzio’s $400,000 seed round in 2015, with venture capital firm East Ventures supplying the remaining $50,000.
