China-based cybersecurity technology provider Quan Zhi Tech has closed a series B round backed by computing technology producer Lenovo sized in the tens of millions of dollars, DealStreetAsia reported on Friday.
The round was co-led by venture capital firms Sequoia Capital China and GGV Capital and also backed by F&G Venture and Volcanics Venture, while Lenovo participated through corporate venturing vehicle Lenovo Capital.
Quan Zhi provides products including fingerprint analysers and time attendance recorders in order to help large businesses maintain data security.
Voyagers Partners was financial adviser on the round, which followed an undisclosed amount of series A-plus funding from Lenovo Capital in 2020 according to DealStreetAsia, which named Kinzon Capital, IN Capital and Apple Funds as earlier investors.
