US-based digital healthcare integration software producer Redox has completed a $33m series C round featuring Intermountain Healthcare Innovation Fund, the investment arm of care provider Intermountain Healthcare.
The round was led by technology investment firm Battery Ventures and included .406 Ventures and RRE Ventures. Chelsea Stoner, general partner at Battery Ventures, will join Redox’s board of directors in connection with the round.
Founded in 2014, Redox operates a cloud-based platform that enables healthcare organisations to use and share data with one another.
RRE Ventures led the company’s $10m series B round in April 2017, which included a $1m investment from Intermountain Healthcare Innovation Fund, as well as contributions from HealthX Ventures, .406 Ventures, Flybridge Capital Partners and Dreamit Ventures.
The series B round came after a $3.5m series A round in 2015 that was led by .406 Ventures and backed by Flybridge Capital Partners and HealthX Ventures. That round added to $350,000 in seed funding in 2014, according to a regulatory filing.
