Brazil-based online recruitment platform Revelo has collected $15m in a series B round that included human resources firm Seek, it has confirmed.
The round was led by International Finance Corp, the private investment arm of multilateral agency World Bank, and included FJLabs, Dalus Capital and Valor Capital. It follows a recent report by Reuters placing the round’s size at approximately $16.8m.
Revelo has built a machine learning-powered online platform that connects jobseekers to professional-level opportunities with some 3,000 corporate clients in knowledge-oriented segments such as finance, management, technology and marketing.
The series B proceeds will help the company launch additional products geared towards both businesses and job candidates.
The funding follows a $4.6m round in late 2017 led by Valor Capital and backed by Seek, adding to an undisclosed amount of seed capital from Social Capital, Graph Ventures and multiple angel investors in 2015.
