Denmark-based venture capital firm Seed Capital has closed its third fund at DKK819m ($125m), securing capital from limited partners including pharmaceutical firm Novo.
Seed Capital claims to be Denmark’s largest early-stage VC firm, providing €50,000 ($57,000) to €500,000 for a first investment and ultimately committing up to €10m during the lifetime of a portfolio company.
Other LPs for the fund include ATP Private Equity, Vaekstfonden, Dansk Vaekstkapital, C.L. David Foundation, Augustinus Fonden, Sampension, VV Private Equity, PFA Pension and Niels Peter Louis-Hansen.
