Siemplify, a US-based enterprise security software developer backed by computing company Microsoft, closed a $10m financing round on Tuesday.
83North, which also provided part of Siemplify’s seed capital, co-led the round with fellow venture capital firm G20Ventures, and angel investors Dave Strohm and Alex Daly also contributed capital.
Founded in 2015, Siemplify pulls together multiple tools and data from separate sources into its ThreatNexus platform, “a single pane of glass” enabling enterprise security operations centre teams to analyse and respond to cyber threats more quickly.
Amos Stern, co-founder and chief executive of Siemplify, said: “This funding will enable us to expand our vision of a single pane of glass and meet the escalating demand we are seeing within the enterprise and managed security service provider marketplaces.”
Siemplify formed part of the fifth batch of Microsoft’s Tel Aviv accelerator, and raised $4m in seed funding from investors including 83North, Strohm, Daly, Tom Kilroy, Alex Pinchev and Moti Gutman in February this year.
