US-based enterprise software provider SocialSurvey has landed $14.5m in a series A round that included law firm Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati.
Tri-Valley Ventures, Silicon Valley Data Capital (SVDC) and Kennet Partners also took part in the round. Curtis Feeny and Eric Filipek, managing directors at SVDC and Kennet respectively, will join the company’s board of directors.
Founded in 2015, SocialSurvey offers software that provides companies with the tools to monitor, analyse and respond to customer feedback before their concerns reach social media. It will use the proceeds to further develop its platform and to move into new business areas.
Scott Harris, chief executive of SocialSurvey, said: “Multi-location brands often invest in multiple products to support their online reviews, employee engagement, employee feedback and compliance monitoring, but still do not drive meaningful improvement in customer experience. We solve all that in a single solution.”
