US-based enterprise IT automation start-up StackIQ has closed a $6m series B round backed by investors including law firm DLA Piper.
The other investors in the round were Grayhawk Capital, Keshif Ventures, OurCrowd, Anthem Venture Partners and Avalon Ventures. Anthem and Avalon both contributed to a $1.8m series A round raised by StackIQ in May this year.
StackIQ will invest the money in expanding its sales, marketing and general operations to enable it to meet demand for its cluster management software suite.
Tim McIntire, StackIQ’s CEO, said: “The investors and talent we are attracting to the company is a testament to the value being delivered to customers as well as the immense market opportunity ahead. The additional funding will allow us to scale our operations and elevate our market presence.”
