Sunyur procures series B funding

China-based procurement services provider Sunyur raised RMB320m ($49.5m) in a series B round that included IT consulting firm SiE Consulting on Friday.

Venture capital firm Qiming Venture Partners led the round, which was filled out by Yinxinggu Capital, YI Capital, Sequoia Capital China and Vision Plus Capital.

Founded in 2018, Sunyur provides online sourcing, procurement and supplier management services to businesses through a software-as-a-service model.

Sequoia Capital China led the company’s $14.1m series A round, in March 2020, which included SiE Consulting, Vision Plus Capital, Yinxinggu Capital, FreeFund, YI Capital and Huiyou Investment.

Sunyur carried out a pre-series A round in August 2019 that hauled in $8.7m from Yuanjing Capital, Huiyou Capital and YI Capital, following a $5.85m angel round in January 2019 featuring SiE Consulting, Yinxinggu Capital, Dingju Investment and FreeFund.
