Tata Capital, the corporate venturing unit of the eponymous India-based conglomerate, has replaced Mukund Rajan with Padmanabh Sinha, current chief investment officer, as head of its Tata Opportunities Fund.
Rajan became chief ethics officer and brand custodian of Tata Group.
