China-based home cleaning service eJiaJie, which counts internet company Tencent among its investors, has filed to list on China’s National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ) market, China Money Network has reported.
Founded in 2012, eJiaJie operates an app that can be used to book domestic services such as cleaning.
The company received $650,000 in seed capital from Tencent in 2013 before closing a $4m series A round backed by Tencent and online entertainment company Shanda in September 2014.
DT Capital led a February 2015 series B round of undisclosed size, which was followed by a series C round in July, also of undisclosed size.
Tencent invested in the series C round through its Tencent Industry Win-Win Fund, participating alongside investors including DT Capital, CDH Investments, DFJ and an undisclosed Chinese brokerage firm.
