US-based customer service technology provider Tenfold received $14m earlier this year in a series B round featuring Salesforce Ventures, part of customer relationship management (CRM) software producer Salesforce, Austin Business Journal has reported.
Next Coast Ventures led the round, which included fellow venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz.
Tenfold has created a software platform that enables enterprises to merge their internal communication tools with CRM, data and other software tools in order to enhance the customer service experience.
Andreessen Horowitz led a $15.8m round for the company in March 2017 that included Geekdom Fund and private investor Pat Condon. It came after a $1.5m seed round backed by Techstars in 2015.
