US-based marketing software developer Terminus has raised $10.3m in a series B round featuring sales and marketing software provider HubSpot.
Atlanta Ventures and Edison Partners co-led the round, which included Hyde Park Venture Partners, Arthur Ventures, Knoll Ventures, High Alpha, Vine St Ventures and angel investors Jay Baer and Jill Rowley.
Terminus has developed an account-based marketing platform that enables marketers to more efficiently target and engage with business customers. The company, which said it has tripled the size of its engineering team this year, will put the series B cash into product and engineering.
Edison Partners had previously led a $7.5m series A round for Terminus in March 2016 that was divided between $5m of equity financing and $2.5m in debt, and which included Hyde Park Venture Partners, Arthur Ventures and Knoll Ventures.
Hyde Park Venture Partners, Knoll Ventures, Arthur Ventures and Atlanta Ventures had previously provided $1.8m of seed capital in late 2015 for Terminus alongside angel investors Tim Kopp and David Cummings.
