Trusted Health takes care in $20m round

Trusted Health, a US-based online nurse recruitment platform backed by healthcare provider Texas Medical Center (TMC), has received $20m in series A funding.

Craft Ventures led the round, investing alongside fellow venture capital firms Felicis Ventures and Founder Collective.

Founded in 2017, Trusted Health operates an online marketplace that helps nursing staff find and apply for jobs using online profiles. The technology matches the staff to relevant jobs based on criteria such as expected salary and location.

In addition to providing more tools and resources to nurses seeking employment, the series A capital will be used to expand the company’s platform into all 50 US states and the District of Columbia.

Trusted Health, a graduate of TMC’s accelerator program, has not disclosed any previous funding rounds, though it described Healthbox, Felicis Ventures and Founder Collective as existing investors. Abstarct Ventures is also an investor, according to the company’s website.
