Remote engineering human resources network operator Andela has acquired Qualified, a US-based technical skill assessment platform backed by training services provider Cornerstone OnDemand, for an undisclosed amount.
Funding
Yongrenxin Medical Instrument, the China-based developer of an artificial heart called Evaheart, has raised $100m in a series A round led by vaccine producer Sinovac Biotech. An unnamed private equity subsidiary of insurance provider China Taiping Insurance Holdings also took part in the round, as did healthcare investment firm Vivo Capital.
