Yunxuetang, the China-based operator of an online employee training platform, has closed a $50m series C round featuring technology and trading firm Susquehanna International Group (SIG), China Money Network has reported.
SIG was joined by private equity firm YunFeng Capital, which led the round. Details of the funding follows reports last month stating that the company had raised an undisclosed sum in a round led by YunFeng that included SIG subsidiary SIG China.
Yunxuetang provides online training courses and learning materials for employees in industries such as financial services, retail, insurance and real estate.
The company received $11m from undisclosed investors in a 2014 series A round closed three years after the company was founded. It subsequently added $22m in a series B led by SIG in April 2017.
