Directors listed on the Securities and Exchange Commission filing include Michael Lee, managing partner of RVP, the $150m corporate venturing unit of Canada-based phone operator Rogers Communications, and peers at venture capital firms Panorama Capital, Jackson Hole Group, Highland Capital Partners and Worldview Technology Partners.
By email, Lee said: “We did re-invest. We co-lead the round with Panorama.”
Zoove, formerly known as Teleractive, previously raised about $54m, including $5m in October 2011’s extended D round from RVP.
Highland and Worldview have been funding Zoove since its $6.8m series A round, in 2006, while Highland came on board for the 2008 series B round, which raised $14.4m. All three firms were later participants in Zoove’s $13m series C round in September 2009.
