Mobile stealth start-up Just.me secured $2.7m in series A funding on Thursday in a round led by venture capital (VC) firm Khosla Ventures, with participation from VC firm True Ventures, previously an investor in Just.me’s seed round.
The seed round raised $600,000 in July and was also supported by Google Ventures, the AOL-backed Crunchfund, VC microfund SV Angel, web venture firm Betaworks and angel investors including Michael Parekh.
Just.me is yet to launch its product but it is thought to be developing a social network specifically designed around use on mobile devices.
