Sigma Offshore taps Varco cash well
National Oilwell Varco, an oil and gas services company, has joined the £4m ($6.1m) investment round of Sigma Offshore, a UK-based energy services company. Alongside Varco in the funding were UK development agency Scottish Enterprise’s Scottish Venture Fund and Energy Ventures, Sigma Offshore’s original investor and major shareholder.
