Corimmun sells to Janssen Cilag

Corimmun, a Germany-based drug development company backed by High-Tech Gründerfonds,, has been sold to Janssen-Cilag, part of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of US-based pharmaceutical group Johnson & Johnson. Fiksu, a US-based mobile app marketing company, has raised $9m, and the round was reportedly backed by US-based semiconductor company Qualcomm’s corporate venturing unit.
