Credit card supplier American Express will pay about $150m for Accertify, an Intel Capital-backed anti-fraud software company.
Accertify helps merchants prevent fraud on online purchases, and Intel Capital, the corporate venturing division of semiconductor company Intel, invested an undisclosed amount in June 2008, a year after launch.
