Atos Origin, a France-based consulting and technology services company, has acquired corporate venturing-backed enterprise social software BlueKiwi Software for €20m ($25m).
In June 2009, BlueKiwi raised €4.7m in its second round from venture capital firm Sofinnova Partners and Dassault Systèmes, a French company in three-dimension and product lifecycle management services, which investedmore than €3m of the round.
