US-based digital office management services platform Eden has closed a $10m series A round featuring Comcast Ventures, the venture capital subsidiary of mass media conglomerate Comcast, TechCrunch has reported.
VC firm Spectrum 28 led the round with Bessemer Venture Partners, Fifth Wall Ventures, Eniac Ventures, Canvas Ventures, Y Combinator Continuity Fund and unnamed additional existing investors participating.
Founded in 2015, Eden originally provided on-demand technical support services but has now moved to a business-to-business model and provides a digital marketplace where businesses can access office management services from third-party providers.
The company will use the series A funding to expand into new markets and grow its engineering team.
Eden had previously raised $3.3m in a 2015 seed round featuring Comcast Ventures, Canvas, Eniac, Y Combinator, Maven Ventures, V Angel, Redpoint Ventures, Bessemer Venture Partners, Slow Ventures and Index Ventures, the first tranche of which closed at $1.3m in July.
