India-based telecommunications technology producer Creative Functionapps Lab has secured an undisclosed investment from content aggregation services provider Spice Digital in return for a 26% stake, the Business Standard has reported.
Creative Functionapps Lab has become an associated company of Spice Digital in conjunction with the investment. Spice Digital is a subsidiary of telecoms firm Spice Mobility, itself a part of diversified conglomerate Spice Global Group.
Founded in 2013, Creative Functionapps Lab develops analytics software that enables telecoms companies to monitor network performance, as well as technology that facilitates mobile and online customer service. It has not disclosed any previous funding rounds.
Spice Digital has inked partnerships with several Indian telecoms firms as well as agreements with providers in 20 other countries.
