Japan-based internet company Voyage Group has been approved for an initial public offering in the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers market, according to The Bridge.
Spun out of another Japanese internet company, CyberAgent, in 1999, Voyage is now mostly owned by CEO Shinsuke Usami, and operates internet properties including e-commerce portal EC Navi.
Voyage is also the operator of a corporate venturing unit, Voyage Ventures. It expects to list on July 2, 2014.
