Silicon Valley-based venture capital firm DCM, which also invests on behalf of Asia-based corporations, such as Gree, has invested Y50m ($572,605) into Japan-based CFO. CFO operates Freee, an accounting application for small businesses, as reported on venturenews.
The new funds will be used for hiring.
Founded in 2012, Freee is currently operating a beta version open to only some users.The company plans to have an officially launch early next year.
