Ericsson India, the local subsidiary of Sweden-based telecoms equipment company Ericsson, has taken a minority stake in Novatium Solutions and taken a board seat.
Previously, venture capital firms NEA and Emergic Ventures have backed Novatium.
Alok Singh, chief executive of Novatium, said the relationship with Ericsson would help the company expand its services globally.
