William Rosenzweig, managing partner of corporate-backed venture capital firm Physic Ventures, has been appointed dean and executive director of The Food Business School (FBS).
Newly established, FBS acts as a centre for executive and graduate education for food system entrepreneurs and technology developers at cooking school The Culinary Institute of America.
Consumer goods producer Unilever invested an undisclosed amount in Physic Ventures in 2007, at the same time handing over management of its private investment portfolio.
