Jonathan Heiliger, the founder of Global Crossing Ventures, the corporate venturing unit of the US-based telecoms company Global Crossing, and an executive at US-based social network Facebook, has joined venture firm North Bridge Venture Partners.
Heiliger was vice president of technical operations at Facebook from 2007 to 2011, and he oversaw global infrastructure, site architecture and internal systems at Facebook.
He founded Global Crossing Ventures, a corporate venturing unit which has since been discontinued, in 1999.
