Redlen Technologies Inc, a Canadian developer of cadmium zinc telluride semiconductors for radiation detection and imaging equipment, has secured a strategic investment and technology development agreement with In-Q-Tel.
Redlen has been venture backed since 2004. Its investors include Canadian firms BC Advantage Funds, GrowthWorks and Yaletown Venture Partners.
